President & Chief Executive Officer
Structural engineer and executive with 18 years of global experience in bridge engineering, seismic design, Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC), and large-scale experimental research. His Ph.D. research was adopted for the world’s first bridge with dissipative controlled rocking connections, in Christchurch, New Zealand, and his research at Idaho State University has been built into Idaho highway bridges, including the Fort Hall Interchange Bridge over I-15.
AMS brings together senior-level expertise in bridge and transportation engineering, structural analysis, inspection, load rating, design-build, and construction management to deliver technically rigorous and practical engineering solutions.
AMS engineers hold Professional Engineer (PE) licenses in multiple states and bring advanced professional and academic credentials to each project. These qualifications enable AMS to provide specialized engineering services across jurisdictions where its engineers are appropriately licensed.
